Near zero energy buildings are increasing worldwide, exploiting low-carbon technologies in heating and electricity self-production. Commercial increasingly considered as candidates for the installation of smart micro-grids, which may profit from added storage capacity batteries employees electric vehicles, stationed during daytime their charging lots. Smart exploitation interaction these sources sinks prove essential to address complex network demand patterns today’s fast changing mixture. The an efficient office building’s system with a big rooftop photovoltaic aggregate 40 cars that connected lots is studied by means transient simulation TRNSYS environment. 18-zone heating, ventilation, air conditioning system, cars’ batteries, systems’ interactions analyzed on monthly, seasonal, hourly basis, against respective curves Greek network. results suggest specific system’s size profitably support operation micro-grid. total annual consumption building computed reach 112,000 kWh, or 20 kWh/m2y. needs cars, amounting 101,000 can be fully met 30% production. Thus, becomes net exporter network, maximum exported occurring daily between 12:00 14:00, favorable meeting curve. establishment micro-grids commercial large panels’ significant number employees’ car fleet quite effective this direction.
